STATTIK Return & Refund Policy

At STATTIK, we want you to be stoked with every order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do what we can to make it right. Below is our straightforward return and refund policy.

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging (where applicable)

Shift knobs must be free from installation marks, scratches, or thread damage. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

If the item comes back looking like it’s been daily‑driven, track‑tested, or used as a paperweight in your garage, we can’t accept the return.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, colour, or just changed your mind, we’re happy to exchange your item (subject to stock availability).
You’ll just need to cover return shipping to us; we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement back to you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we’ve made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, that’s on us.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund ASAP.

We may request photos so we can assess the issue and improve our quality control.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Stickers
  • Clearance items
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Gift cards
