STATTIK Shipping Policy

At STATTIK, we work hard to get your gear out the door quickly and safely. Below is our straightforward shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 working days from the date of purchase.
This timeframe allows us to quality‑check every item — especially our shift knobs — before they leave the workshop.

During peak periods, sales, or product launches, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

 

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and your location.
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs, or general chaos outside our control.

Estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout.

 

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We don’t inflate shipping prices — what you see is what the carrier charges.

 

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, it’s usually the carrier being slow to scan items — but feel free to reach out if you’re concerned.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping details before completing your order.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it — but additional shipping charges may apply.

 

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us and we’ll help sort it out with the carrier.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot control or predict these fees, but your local customs office can provide more information.
